Queen Elizabeth Safari Camp

Queen Elizabeth Safari Camp is located on the escarpment of Kyambura over looking Queen Elizabeth National park.it is a budget community based lodge and campsite mainly accommodating small groups.The lodge is built in local material and thatched with dry papyrus got from the Kazinga channel. it has a spacious ground for those camping and large self contained rooms with warm showers.

The lodge offers both Tents and Cottage/Banda style accommodation.the campsite has one of the best views the park and and the Rwenzori mountains.on clear days,you will be able to see spot elephants at the water ponds and the peaks of Rwenzori.

It is 15 minutes drive from the campsite to the Katunguru gate of Queen Elizabeth National Park.for those looking for something luxury yet budget,the camp would be a good option and would also be a good reccommendation for volunteers.
